The City Government of Tagbilaran is taking decisive steps to protect our community during the State of National Energy Emergency. Mayor Jane Censoria C. Yap has officially signed Executive Order No. 2026-19, establishing the Tagbilaran City Crisis Management Committee (TCCMC) to safeguard our economy and essential services. The TCCMC is mandated to ensure that our city remains resilient despite global energy volatility:
