The Office of Strategic Communication or StratCom is a division of the City Government of Tagbilaran Office of the City Mayor (CMO) which leads and manages the branding, official communication and advanced communication aids, public information, media engagement, and messaging of the City Mayor and the City Government. It ensures accurate, timely, and consistent communication with the public, media, stakeholders, and government agencies, promoting transparency, accountability, and citizen engagement.
